Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the Certify HR and leave-management platform. They describe customer responsibilities, permitted use, customer data, third-party services, confidentiality, security, service changes, termination, intellectual property, and other conditions that apply to the service.
An executed order, data-processing agreement, Business Associate Agreement, or other signed agreement may contain additional terms and controls if it conflicts with the online terms. Customers remain responsible for authorized users, lawful instructions, employment decisions, and appropriate handling of workforce information.
