The Certify Public Impact Program gives qualifying U.S. public school districts and nonprofit organizations six months of no-cost access to modern leave administration technology. The program is intended for eligible organizations with up to 1,000 employees that need a clearer and more reliable way to manage protected leave.

Participating teams can centralize FMLA and related leave workflows, automate important deadlines, improve the certification process, and maintain consistent employee communications. The goal is to reduce administrative burden so public-service and nonprofit teams can spend more time supporting their people and communities.
